Oh look! You finally got your invitation!

(Better late than ugly, right?)

If you wish to stay somewhere special overnight, there are some extremely lovely, picturesque little walkable towns right by the water where we can recommend looking for hotels, some of which we'll list here!

However, it turns out that a LOT of people remembered the 21st night of September this year, and it's a surprisingly busy night for hotels. As we've already had to pivot a couple of times due to things being booked, we want to make sure everyone is aware that some places are going fast!

Accommodations

Port Jefferson

a charming little seaside port 5 minutes from our house. Full of walkable shops, restaurants & bars and home to the best lobster bisque we’ve had.

StonyBrook

a sweet little historical town right on the Long Island Sound. It's incredibly charming, and the duck pond is always a lovely stroll. Also home to a local university and medical school. Go, Seawolves!

Room Block

If you're not staying in Port Jeff or Stonybrook, we have a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express, which is about 10 minutes away from our house as well. Just tell 'em Cat and Joel sent ya!
